Refund Policy

Important: Cancellation is not possible once an order has been placed. All sales are final except in cases of faulty product as described below.

 

When refunds are considered

 

  • Refunds or exchanges will only be considered if the product is faulty (manufacturing defect, incorrect item received, or significant damage not caused by transit).

  • All refund/exchange decisions are at the sole discretion of Snail’d It management.

 

How to raise a return / exchange request

 

  1. Email us within 7 days of delivery at: snaild.it@snehalmallya.com.

     

    • Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the faulty area(s).

    • Instagram DMs will not be accepted for return/exchange requests and will not be responded to for these matters.

  2. After we receive your email, our team will review the case and respond within 3–5 business days with next steps.

 

Return pickup / address

 

  • If the return is approved, we will arrange return pickup from the address you provided at checkout.

  • If you prefer a different pickup address, please include the preferred return pickup address in your initial email request. We will confirm pickup details in our reply.

 

Who pays for return shipping

 

  • For approved faulty returns, Snail’d It will cover return shipping and pickup arrangements.

  • If a return is not approved (i.e., the item is not found to be faulty or damage is due to misuse), return shipping may be charged to the customer.

 

Inspection, replacement & refund timeline

 

  • Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it. Inspection typically takes 3–7 business days.

  • If the item is confirmed faulty and a refund or replacement is approved, we will notify you of the outcome and next steps.

     

    • Replacement: If a replacement is available and chosen, we will dispatch it and provide tracking.

    • Refund: If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days (depending on your bank/processor).

 

Exceptions & non-refundable items

 

  • Items returned because of buyer’s remorse, change of mind, sizing choices, or normal wear-and-tear are not eligible for refund or return.
