Shipping Policy

We pack each item carefully and use trusted courier partners to deliver your order. Please read the details below so deliveries go smoothly.

 

Order processing & dispatch

 

  • Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation (this includes quality checks and packing).

  • Once dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

 

Domestic delivery (India)

 

  • Estimated transit time after dispatch: 3–7 business days, depending on location and courier partner.

 

Tracking

 

  • Tracking information is provided in your dispatch email. Please use that to follow your parcel; we are happy to help via email if a courier issue arises.

 

Incorrect address / failed delivery

 

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
    Snail’d It is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional charges resulting from an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, reshipment charges will be invoiced to the customer.

 

Lost or damaged in transit

 

  • If a parcel is marked delivered but you haven’t received it, or if it arrives damaged, contact us immediately at  shop@snehalmallya.com with your order number and photos; we’ll assist with the courier claim process.
