1. Introduction
Welcome to Snail’d It by Snehal Mallya. By accessing or purchasing from this website, you agree to the Terms & Conditions outlined below. Snail’d It is a creative studio offering small-batch stationery products, workshops, and bespoke wedding stationery design services. Please read these terms carefully before placing an order.
2. Products & Availability
All products are produced in limited batches. Minor variations in colour, print, or texture may occur and are not considered defects. Product descriptions, pricing, and availability may be updated at any time without notice.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in INR. Snail’d It reserves the right to modify pricing, offers, and product details without prior notice.
4. Order Acceptance
An order is considered confirmed only after full payment is successfully received. Snail’d It may cancel or refuse an order at its discretion (e.g., stock issues, incorrect pricing, or suspicious activity). Refunds will be issued where applicable.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped from Bangalore within 2–4 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on location and courier partners.
Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate; orders cannot be redirected once shipped. Shipping delays caused by courier partners are outside our control. Tracking links will be sent via email after dispatch.
6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Snail’d It does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, design preference, or minor colour/print variations.
Refunds or replacements are considered only for faulty items, including:

Manufacturing defects

Incorrect item received

Significant damage not caused by transit
To request a return, email snaild.it@snehalmallya.com within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and clear photos of the issue.
If approved, Snail’d It will arrange return pickup at no cost. After inspection (3–7 business days), a replacement or refund will be issued.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Workshops, digital products, and personalised items are not eligible for return or refund.
7. Cancellations
All orders are final. Once an order is placed, cancellation is not possible.
8. Intellectual Property
All artwork, illustrations, branding, designs, product images, and written content on this website are the intellectual property of Snail’d It and Snehal Mallya. They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.
9. Privacy & Data Use
Customer information is collected to process orders, deliver services, and improve website functionality.
Snail’d It does not sell customer data. Information may be shared only with trusted partners such as courier services, payment gateways, and hosting providers.

10. Payments
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods supported on the website. Orders are fulfilled only after successful payment.
11. Limitation of Liability
Snail’d It is not responsible for courier delays, loss, or damages resulting from incorrect addresses or circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
